Symptoms

During installation or first launch ofTecnoMETAL, you may encounter one or more of the following problems:

• DLL error messages;
• MFC errors;
• TecnoMETAL buttons are not displayed in the CAD environment;
• Some program features are not available.
  

Possible cause

These problems are usually caused by missing or damagedMicrosoft Visual C++ redistributablecomponents, necessary for TecnoMETAL work properly.

Solution

1. Download and installall Microsoft Visual C++ redistributable packageslisted at the bottom of this page.
2. Once the installation is complete, restart the computer.
3. Install againTecnoMETAL.
4. When requested byChange,Repairs, orRemove, always select Repair.
   
5. Complete the installation wizard.
