Problem

After installing TecnoMETAL, the program does not start and the message appears: UNAUTHORIZED USER

Possible cause

The message may appear when a version of TecnoMETAL has been installed other than the one currently associated with the cloud code used.

In this case, the cloud code must be updated to the new installed version.

Solution

If you use a license with cloud code and you have changed TecnoMETAL version, please contact Steel&Graphics service.

In the request indicates:

  1. the name of the company;
  2. the code or cloud key used;
  3. the version of TecnoMETAL installed.

Our team will update the cloud code to the installed version.
